PROGRAM DETAILS
You're not failing. You were taught pieces of the puzzle without being shown the framework that ties everything together.
Freeze when patients present with multiple issues at once
Feel unsure how to connect the whole body together
Struggle to explain WHY symptoms are happening
Wonder what to treat first
Leave sessions second-guessing your plan of care
Want more confidence without taking 20 more courses first
Phase 1
Screen posture, breath, gait, pressure, visceral and nervous system contributors in one structured pass — so you know what's actually driving the presentation before you touch anything.
Phase 2
A protective nervous system won't accept load, manual work, or strengthening. Learn to recognize guarding and downshift the system before you ask anything of it.
Phase 3
Scars, fascia, visceral restrictions, myofascial tone — applied where your assessment says, not as a routine. Internal work where scope permits, external strategies where it doesn't.
Phase 4
Breath and pressure strategy, load progression, gait and movement retraining — the bridge between what changed on the table and what holds at work, at home, and in sport.
Phase 5
Explain the why so clearly the patient can repeat it. Buy-in, self-management, and knowing when to come back — this is what makes outcomes stick.
Self-paced coursework with guest contributions from providers across
disciplines. Take it in full, or one course at a time — each stands alone
and counts toward the whole.

Bring a stuck patient. Get structured feedback on your reasoning — not just
what to do next, but why you missed it the first time.
Submit a case any month
A collaborative space across disciplines, where referral happens naturally and nobody pretends to treat everything alone.
Included with enrollment
This is an onboarding and mentorship tool as much as a course. Use it for new pelvic health hires, orthopedic therapists transitioning in, and experienced providers who want a refresher that connects what they already know.
When providers understand the WHY behind treatment, outcomes improve, retention improves, referrals increase, and burnout decreases.
Onboarding new pelvic health
hires
Students and new grads joining the team
A refresher for experienced clinicians
Orthopedic therapists transitioning into pelvic health
Consistency in evaluation across providers
Shared reasoning language for internal referrals
Licensed PTs, OTs, DCs, massage therapists and orthopedic providers — plus students entering pelvic health and clinics onboarding new hires.
Internal assessment content is for providers whose licensure permits it. Orthopedic providers learn recognition, external assessment, reasoning and referral — not internal examination.
The four workshops are always free. Coursework can be paid in full or purchased one course at a time, with single-course purchases crediting toward the full program.
Yes — all four live workshops are free, including the replays. They're how you decide whether the framework is worth your time before you spend anything.
No. You can pay in full, or purchase one course at a time and build as you go. Single-course purchases credit toward the full program if you decide to complete it.
This is designed as initial pelvic health education as well as a refresher. Newer providers and students often get the most from it, because it organizes the chaos before habits set in
Yes. You'll gain assessment filters that catch pelvic, pressure and nervous system involvement in unresolved cases, and clear criteria for when to refer. The program does not train internal examination for providers outside that scope.
Live small-group calls plus case review with faculty and guest providers. It's included with the full program and available as an add-on for single-course students. Replays are posted if you can't attend live.
That's one of its main uses. Team pricing, shared progress tracking, and a private team coaching option are available — so every provider evaluates with the same reasoning.
Start free, and see how it thinks before you spend anything.
Root-cause pelvic health education for providers and students — collaborative, whole-body, and built to be referred out of as often as into.
