The Belly Balancing Method — full course

Confident care for pregnant & postpartum bodies

Master the skills providers fear to use.

The hands-on techniques, assessment strategies, and client-education framework that transform how you support pregnant and postpartum clients — from fascial release to pelvic floor function to nervous system regulation.

Several hours of video · Learn at your pace

Why this matters

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery aren’t just about the pelvic floor — they’re about the entire fascial system.

Restrictions in the ribs, abdomen, hips, thoracic spine, and connective tissue all influence how a baby moves through the pelvis, how labor unfolds, and how quickly and safely a client recovers.

Providers who don’t understand these fascial patterns miss the root of dysfunction. Many are afraid to work deeply with pregnant bodies at all — so clients get light stretching instead of the manual therapy, positioning, and nervous system support that could actually change their experience. This gap in provider confidence costs your clients real results.

What you’ll learn

See and treat the body as an integrated whole

Fascial assessment skills

Identify restrictions across fascial lines and patterns specific to pregnancy. Know which muscles are affected and whether each area needs strength, mobility, or both.

Hands-on manual therapy

Soft tissue mobilization, lymphatic massage, ligament balancing, and external/internal myofascial release within your scope — plus positioning that creates space for baby to move.

Bladder, bowel & pelvic floor

Assess and treat complaints with manual therapy, mobility, exercise, and education. Understand how restrictions throughout the body influence pelvic function and baby's position.

Exercise & movement programming

Design mobility and strength work that supports the areas you're treating. Give clients actionable home exercises for pregnancy and postpartum.

Nutrition & lifestyle integration

Learn how nutrition and daily activities support — or undermine — the work you're doing in session.

Emotional & nervous system

Understand how stress, trauma, and emotional components influence the pregnant body, labor, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

External supports & home care

Teach clients practical daily strategies — positioning, self-massage, breathing, activities — that reinforce your work between sessions.

Postpartum-specific protocols

Guide the closing of the pelvis after labor, implement scar work (c-section, perineal) at the right stages, and progress core strength safely.

Bonus deep dives

Explore Spinning Babies principles, craniosacral fascial therapy techniques, emotional release techniques, and other advanced approaches to deepen your clinical toolkit.

About your instructor

Hi, I'm Dr. Hailey 🌸

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor specialist, and mom of two — and I have built my entire career around helping pregnant and postpartum people feel better in their bodies as well as their babies! I founded TheraPRO Toolbox because I believe that high-quality pelvic health and prenatal education should be accessible, practical, and immediately useful in the real world. I've spent years studying fascial manual therapy, craniosacral approaches, Spinning Babies®, infant development, and pelvic health — and the Belly Balancing Method is my way of putting it all together in one comprehensive, learnable framework.
I have treated hundreds of pregnant clients and trained clinicians to do the same. I know what works in the clinic, not just in theory — and that's exactly what I'm going to teach you.
I cannot wait to have you inside this course!

A free live training for hands-on providers on assessing fascia and the nervous system to support pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery-the foundation of The Belly Balancing Method.

You Already Care. You Just Need the Right Tools.

You became a prenatal professional because you care deeply about supporting pregnant people through one of the most significant experiences of their lives. But somewhere in your clinical practice, you've run into these moments:
• A client with round ligament pain so severe she dreads getting out of bed — and your usual approaches aren't touching it.
• A baby who keeps flipping back to breech no matter what positioning you suggest.
• A client with an asymmetrical belly presentation and you're not sure what to make of it.
• A labor that stalls and you're left wondering if there's a fascial component you could have addressed.
• A postpartum client with a pelvis that just doesn't feel right, months later.
You're skilled. You're caring. But you've had the sense that there's a missing piece — a way of looking at and treating the pregnant body that your training didn't fully give you. That missing piece is fascia.

Introducing: The Belly Balancing Method

A comprehensive, 14-CEU online course for pelvic health PTs, midwives, doulas, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other prenatal care providers who want to master the fascial system in pregnancy — and use that knowledge to deliver the most effective, evidence-informed prenatal care of their career.

With 16 modules of video instruction, hands-on technique demonstrations, a comprehensive course manual, a printable clinical toolkit, and a 40-question CEU quiz, this course gives you everything you need to confidently assess and treat fascial restriction throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

This is not theory. This is a toolkit.

Inside the Belly Balancing Method:

✨ How the fascial system adapts across all three trimesters — and where restrictions commonly develop
🦴 The anatomy of the uterine ligaments (round, broad, uterosacral, cardinal) and how to influence them through gentle manual therapy
👀 How to read the pregnant belly visually — before you even touch it — and understand what the shape, symmetry, and markings tell you about the baby's position and the mother's tension patterns
👐 A step-by-step belly balancing sequence you can start using immediately
💗 External pelvic floor release techniques: adductors, obturator internus, piriformis, sacrotuberous ligament, and more
🌀 How to integrate Spinning Babies® Three Balances into your prenatal care
🤫 The craniosacral rhythm — how to feel it, what disruptions mean, and how fascial unwinding can transform a stuck, uncomfortable pregnancy
🌼 Partner-assisted mobility and nervous system regulation for labor preparation
♥️ Postpartum rebalancing: abdominal support for DRA, pelvic reset, lymphatic flow, and breath rituals
📊 Advanced topics: CSFT principles, visceral mobilization concepts, clinical documentation, and building an integrative prenatal care practice
